Good day! For this Fridays With Julia I made Aubergines en Parsillade, Gratinees (eggplant baked with Bearnaise and parsley). It's delicious on a cold night; here in Seattle we have about 7 inches of snow and it's still snowing (that probably sounds a little wimpy for anyone who lives in the Midwest:).
