2 jasmine tea bags
1 1/2 cups boiling water
2/3 cup sugar
1 cup sparkling water
put the tea bags in a large cup or bowl, pour in the boiling water and add the sugar, cool until this mixture is at room temperature, then chill in the refrigerator until cold (around 20 minutes, i think). Divide the jasmine tea mixture between two glasses, then divide the sparkling water between the two glasses (a 1/2 cup for each).
