A few days ago I came across a Giada De Laurentiis recipe in one of her cookbooks for a citrus semi-fredo, I changed it up a bit by adding cara-cara orange juice instead of lemon, and some coco nibs for a bit of chocolat-y crunchiness. The end result tasted to me like a mixture of a orange creamsicle and a citrus tart.
