foodie fridays: puple kale, oregano and gouda paninni

the ingredients for the paninni
    This paninni is great for lunch! :)

         2 slices of bread 
         1 tbsp olive oil 
         3/4 cup grated gouda
         1 leaf kale, coarsely chopped
         around 5 oregano leaves
         directions:  heat the olive oil in a pan, meanwhile sandwich the kale, cheese and oregano between the bread and add it to the pan. Press with a paninni press, if you don't have one use a heavy pot. Cook in till the cheese has melted and the sandwich is slightly browned. Remove the paninni from the pan, cut in half and eat.
